Yam Porridge

– Before anything else, you have to cut your tuber of yam into eatable sizes and then put those pieces in a pot.
– Add your freshly blended pepper in the pot, go in with one clove of onion, pour in 300ml of red oil, add 3 seasoning cubes of 10g each, 2 tablespoons of salt, 200g of crayfish and then finally add 1 litre of water.
– Leave to boil until the yam is soft, that should take approximately 20 minutes.
– 15 minutes in, put in your dried fish.
– Have 120g of spinach leave already cut, and add to the boiling yam.
– Allow to cook for about 8 more minutes, stir together and food is ready.

5 – Driedfish – 500g
6 – Fresh Pepper (Blended) – 200g

9 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
