Ingredients
1 – Yam – 1kg
2 – Beans – 700g
3 – Red Oil – 300ml
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 50g
5 – Crayfish – 200g
6 – Driedfish – 400g
7 – Fresh Pepper (Blended) – 250g
8 – Onion – 150g
9 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– First you have to add 700g of beans in a pot, and then add 2.5 litres of water and allow to boil untill the water reduces to the surface of the beans. This should take about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
– Add your blended pepper in the pot, slice one onion and add to the pot, add 150g of crayfish, add your 400g dried fish, add 2-3 seasoning cubes of 10g each, 2 teaspoons of salt, pour 300ml of red oil into the pot of boiling beans, add finally add the chopped yam (1kg)
– Stir the top, don’t stir to the bottom so it doesn’t get burnt.
– Leave to boil for 15 minutes.
– Then stir it and your food is ready.
