Ingredients

1 – Rice – 1kg
2 – Palm Oil – 4 Cooking Spoons
3 – Fresh Pepper – 300ml
4 – Dried Fish – 600g
5 – Stockfish – 350g
6 – Onion – 300g
7 – Crayfish – 250g
8 – Protein (Personal Preference)
9 – Seasoning (Maggi, Salt,)

Instructions

– First we have to add 4 cooking spoons of red oil in a pot
– And then add 1½ sliced onion, allow to fry for 30secs and add your blended pepper (10 fruits).
– You then allow to fry for about 6mins and then add your 4 seasoning cubes of 10grams each and 4 teaspoons of salt (season to taste).
– Add normal water that will be sufficient to cook the rice
– Allow to boil for 6mins, add your washed rice, 1kg to the liquid and stir.
– Leave to cook for about 20 minutes,
– When the mixture is almost dried up, add your dried fish to the rice, don’t stir yet.
– Leave it to dry completely and stir gentle. Your food is ready
