Ingredients
1 – Okra – 350g
2 – Palm oil – 200ml
3 – Fresh pepper – 250g
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 50g
5 – Crayfish – 200g
6 – Dried fish – 650g
7 – Onion – 200g
8 – Protein (Personal Preference)
9 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi, Onga)
Instructions
– What you have to do first is to get your chopped okra (350g)
– And then in the pot where your protein and the meat stock of (1.5litre) is, add 200ml of red oil
– Add your sliced pepper fruit (6) and then add 2 seaoning cube of 10gram and 2 teaspoons of salt.
– Add your dried fish, remember to season to taste.
– Leave to boil for about 7mins and add your chopped okra.
– You can also add little sliced spinach (this is optional)
– Allow to boil for about 2-3 minutes and the food is ready.
