Ingredients
1 – Ogbono – 200g
2 – Palm oil – 150ml
3 – Spinach – 300g
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 50g
5 – Crayfish – 50g
6 -Stockfish – 300g
7 – Dried fish – 500g
8 – Onion – 225g
9 – Protein (Personal Preference)
10 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– Most importantly, get your ogbono (200 grams)
– In the dry blended ogbono, add 50grams of dry blended crayfish and 50grams of grinded pepper
– Add red oil (150ml) in a pot and allow to heat for at most 2 minutes
– Add the mixture of the ogbono, crayfish and grinded pepper in the pot of hot red oil.
– Stir for about 1 minute
– Then add your meat stock and water, 1 litre of stock and 1 litre of water
– Add 3 seasoning cube of 10grams each and half table spoon of salt.
– Leave to boil for 7-10 minutes, then add your protein (meat & fish)
– Leave to boil for another 7 minutes
– Add your chopped spinach and allow to boils for another 5 minutes.
– Your food is ready .
