Ingredients
1 – Rice – 1kg – (Preferably Basmati Rice)
2 – Groundnut oil – 2 Cooking Spoon
3 – Green Pepper – 150g
4 – Green Beans – 150g
5 – Green Peas – 150g
6 – Sweet Corn – 150g
7 – Liver – 400g
8 – Spring Onion – 100g
9 – Carrot -150g
10 – Onion – 150g
11 – Seasoning (Maggi, Salt, Curry, Thyme, Fried Rice Spice)
Instructions
Veggies Prep;
– Add 2 cooking spoons of groundnut oil in a pot and allow to heat for 30 seconds.
– Slice in one onion (fry for 30 seconds).
– Pour in your green pepper, green beans, green peas, sweet corn and carrot (150 grams of each).
– Add 10 grams of seasoning cubes and a teaspoon of salt
– Allow to fry for 7 mins
– and then set aside.
Rice Prep;
– Wash your rice properly, then soak in hot water until it rises a little bit.
– Drain out the water and keep ready for when you want to add it to the mixture of vegies.
– Add 2 litres of water – 1 litre should be your meat stock and the other 1 litre should be plain water.
– Add curry, thyme, seasoning cubes (10grams x 4), ½ table spoon of salt, allow to boil.
– Then put in the washed rice. Allow to boil until water is slightly below the surface of the rice
– Add in your already chopped liver.
– When it dries completely, add your already fried veggies and pour on top, mix thoroughly.
– Add your spring onion and allow to sit in the heat for 6 minutes and it is done.
