Ingredients
1 – Fresh Catfish – 700g
2 – Pepper Soup Spices – 40g
3 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 70g
4 – Crayfish – 150g
5 – Dried Bitter Leaf – 50g
6 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– Put the catfish in the pot, make sure it has been cut into good sizes and thoroughly washed.
– Add 1 seasoning cube of 10g, add your pepper soup spice (20g) in the pot.
– Add 1.5 litres of water and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
– Add 70g of grinded pepper, add your pepper soup spice again (20g), salt (2 teaspoon), add crayfish (150g).
– Leave to boil for another 15 minutes.
– Now add your dried vegetable leave if you have one and allow to cook on low heat for 5 minutes and with this your pepper soup is ready
