Assorted Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 – Assorted Meat – 800g
2 – Pepper Soup Spices – 60g
3 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 70g
4 – Crayfish – 150g
5 – Dried Bitter Leaf – 50g
6- Spinach – 100g
7 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Notes
– Thoroughly wash your assorted meat of (800g),
– Put in a pot and then add 0.5 litres of water
– And then, add pepper soup spice (50g), 2 seasoning cube of 10g each, 2 teaspoons of salt and allow to boil for 20 minutes.
– Increase the water by another 1.5 litres add 2 more seasoning cube of 10g each.
– Add another 10g of pepper soup spice, add 70g of grineded pepper, add your salt, also go in with 150g of crayfish.
– Allow to boil for 10-15 mins and it is ready.

Ingredients
1 – Fresh Catfish – 700g
2 – Pepper Soup Spices – 40g
3 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 70g
4 – Crayfish – 150g
5 – Dried Bitter Leaf – 50g
6 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– Put the catfish in the pot, make sure it has been cut into good sizes and thoroughly washed.
– Add 1 seasoning cube of 10g, add your pepper soup spice (20g) in the pot.
– Add 1.5 litres of water and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
– Add 70g of grinded pepper, add your pepper soup spice again (20g), salt (2 teaspoon), add crayfish (150g).
– Leave to boil for another 15 minutes.
– Now add your dried vegetable leave if you have one and allow to cook on low heat for 5 minutes and with this your pepper soup is ready

Yam Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 – Yam – 1.5kg
2 – Pepper Soup Spices – 30g
3 – Ice Fish – 650g
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) -70g
5 – Crayfish – 150g
6 – Dried Bitter Leaf – 50g
7 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– You will first have to get your tuber of yam, and then chop the yam into eatable sizes. (about 1.5kg)
– Get your protein ready (ice fish or smoked meat) your choice.
– Then add 1.5 litres of water to a pot to cook the yam
– Add your pepper soup spices (30g), and add 70g of grinded pepper, 3 seasoning cubes of 10g each, 2 teaspoons of salt, add to the pot of boiling yam.
– Allow to boil for about 15minutes
– And then add your protein (fish), allow to boil for 8 minutes and your food is ready.
