Ingredients
1 – Okra – 350g
2 – Palm oil – 200ml
3 – Fresh pepper – 250g
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 50g
5 – Crayfish – 200g
6 – Dried fish – 650g
7 – Onion – 200g
8 – Protein (Personal Preference)
9 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi, Onga)
Instructions
– What you have to do first is to get your chopped okra (350g)
– And then in the pot where your protein and the meat stock of (1.5litre) is, add 200ml of red oil
– Add your sliced pepper fruit (6) and then add 2 seaoning cube of 10gram and 2 teaspoons of salt.
– Add your dried fish, remember to season to taste.
– Leave to boil for about 7mins and add your chopped okra.
– You can also add little sliced spinach (this is optional)
– Allow to boil for about 2-3 minutes and the food is ready.

Ogbono Soup
Ogbono Soup
- Total Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
1 – Ogbono – 200g
2 – Palm oil – 150ml
3 – Spinach – 300g
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 50g
5 – Crayfish – 50g
6 -Stockfish – 300g
7 – Dried fish – 500g
8 – Onion – 225g
9 – Protein (Personal Preference)
10 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– Most importantly, get your ogbono (200 grams)
– In the dry blended ogbono, add 50grams of dry blended crayfish and 50grams of grinded pepper
– Add red oil (150ml) in a pot and allow to heat for at most 2 minutes
– Add the mixture of the ogbono, crayfish and grinded pepper in the pot of hot red oil.
– Stir for about 1 minute
– Then add your meat stock and water, 1 litre of stock and 1 litre of water
– Add 3 seasoning cube of 10grams each and half table spoon of salt.
– Leave to boil for 7-10 minutes, then add your protein (meat & fish)
– Leave to boil for another 7 minutes
– Add your chopped spinach and allow to boils for another 5 minutes.
– Your food is ready .

Vegetable Soup
- Total Time: 45 minutes

1 – Spinach – 350g
2 – Palm oil – 200ml
3 – Fresh Pepper – 250g
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 50g
5 – Dried fish – 600g
6 – Crayfish – 250g
7 – Onion – 225g
8 – Protein (Personal Preference)
9 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– Get your chopped spinach of (350 grams)
– In a hot pot add about 200ml of red oil
– Slice one clove of onion and add to the hot oil.
– Rough blend 7 fruits of pepper and add.
– Allow to fry for 5 mins to 7 mins (stir and fry)
– Add your proteins (meat and fish), crayfish and stir for another 3 minutes
– Add your 2 seasoning cube and 2 teaspoons of salt.
– Always remember to season to taste.
– Then add your chopped spinach, stir.
– Depending on your choice, you can add a little meat stock because you already add seasonings
– Allow to cook for another 2 minutes and it’s done.

Banga Soup
Banga Soup

1 – Banga – 1 tin
2 – Banga spice – 60g
3 – Fresh pepper – 200g
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 50g
5 – Banga leaves – 50g
6 – Onion – 150g
7 – Protein (Personal Preference)
8 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– In a pot, pour in 3 litres of the banga liquid and allow to boil for about 15 minutes.
– And then add the banga spice, 2 sachets of 30g each, to the boiling banga liquid.
– Add in your meat stock, 2 seasoning cubes 10grams each, 3 teaspoons of salt and add your banga leaves and allow to boil for 5 minutes.
– Add 2 sliced onion and 5 roughly blended pepper fruit and then add to the pot and allow to boil for 10 – 15minutes.
– Add your meat and fish; allow to boil for another 10 minutes and your food is ready

Ingredients
1 – Grinded Melon – 300g
2 – Palm oil – 250ml
3 – Spinach – 250g
4 – Fresh pepper – 350ml
5 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 50g
6 – Tomato paste – 1 table spoon
7 – Stockfish – 300g
8 – Dried fish – 500g
9 – Onion – 225g
10 – Protein (Personal Preference)
11 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi, Onga)
Instructions
– Get your Melon (300 grams)
– Add 250ml of red oil in a pot
– Slice one clove of onion and add to the pot.
– Blend 7 pepper fruits and add as well.
– Also add a tablespoon of tomato paste and allow to fry for 5 – 10 minutes (stir and fry)
– Add your melon to the mixture, mix thoroughly and allow to fry for 3 – 5minutes.
– Add 3 litres of liquid; 1.5 litres of meat stock and 1.5 litres plain water to the mixture, stir and allow to boil for 7 – 8minutes.
– Add seasoning; 2 cubes of maggi (10 grams), 2 teaspoons of salt (apply discretion since the meat stock is already seasoned and savory).
– Add your meat and fish, allow to boil for another 6mins.
– Taste and see if it is to desired taste, if not, you can add more seasoning.
6 mins before you deem it ready, add your sliced spinach and stir, allow to cook for about 10 minutes and your food is ready
