Ingredients

1 – Beans – 800g
2 – Red Oil – 3000ml
3 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) – 30g
4 – Crayfish – 200g
5 – Driedfish – 400g
6 – Fresh Pepper (Blended) – 200g
7 – Onion – 150g
8 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)

Instructions

– Add 800g of beans to a pot, add 1.5 litres of water and allow to boil untill the water reduces to the surface of the beans. This should take about an hour.
– Pour in your fresh pepper (blended), go in with 1 sliced onion, add 200g of crayfish, add 400g of dried fish, also add 2-3 seasoning cubes of 10g each, 2 teaspoons of salt, pour 300ml of red oil inside the pot of boiling beans.
– Stir the top, don’t stir to the bottom so it doesn’t get burnt.
– Leave to boil for 15-20 minutes and your food is ready to be eaten.
