Yam Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 – Yam – 1.5kg
2 – Pepper Soup Spices – 30g
3 – Ice Fish – 650g
4 – Hot pepper (Grinded pepper) -70g
5 – Crayfish – 150g
6 – Dried Bitter Leaf – 50g
7 – Seasoning (Salt, Maggi)
Instructions
– You will first have to get your tuber of yam, and then chop the yam into eatable sizes. (about 1.5kg)
– Get your protein ready (ice fish or smoked meat) your choice.
– Then add 1.5 litres of water to a pot to cook the yam
– Add your pepper soup spices (30g), and add 70g of grinded pepper, 3 seasoning cubes of 10g each, 2 teaspoons of salt, add to the pot of boiling yam.
– Allow to boil for about 15minutes
– And then add your protein (fish), allow to boil for 8 minutes and your food is ready.
